When laying your hand upon a living creature, you convert 1d8 points of lethal damage to an equal amount of subdual damage.

Options
The sorcerer can increase the MP cost of the spell by 8 to convert an additional 1d8 points of lethal damage to subdual damage. This option may be chosen multiple times.

The sorcerer may increase the MP cost of the spell by 15 to have the spell heal 1d4 points of damage. This option may be taken a number of times equal to the sorcerer's magic attack bonus.
