Magic Attack Roll: Sets Reflex save DC, determines strength of the wind

Using this spell you create a knot that holds within it a single wind. When released, this wind runs out to the extent of the range, blowing for the duration of the spell before vanishing. When you release the wind you may choose one target within range that must make a Reflex save or be knocked down. Otherwise, you may select on ship within range and either increase or decrease its sailing speed by one knot. When closing this spell gives the target vessel one extra movement point for one closing turn.
