This spell transforms a seed or nut into a receptacle for magical energy that the sorcerer can use to power effects. When the spell is cast, the seed turns ash white. As a standard action, anyone holding the seed may make a touch attack to place the seed against the flesh of a living target. If successful, the seed burrows into the target's flesh, dealing no damage, but nestling itself between the heart and lungs. The seed pulses once a minute and delivers a jolt of negative energy that deals 1 point of damage to living hosts. Every minute, the target may make a new save to negate the necromantic seed. A target can hold only one necromantic seed at a time.
