After a lengthy ritual you cause the sea to roll in, inflicting 8d10 structural damage on every building and structure within 100 yards of the target area. Any cargo stored within the area is also instantly destroyed.

Experience Point Cost: 100 XP.

The sorcerer may increase the MP cost by 30 to target an additional 50 yards of beach. This option may be selected multiple times.

The sorcerer may increase the MP cost of the spell by 50 to have every building and structure within 200 yards suffer the listed damage. This option may be taken a total of 3 times, adding 100 yards each time.
